Indici’s user-friendly patient portal gives you a new level of control over your health. By completing the online enrolment application, you can initiate the enrolment process from the comfort of your couch.

Coastal Medical Ltd aims to provide our local community with the highest quality health service possible. This requires us to prioritise those patients living in our local area.
Ōpunake Medical - Taking enrolments on the coast from Hawera to Ōkato.
Avon Medical - Taking enrolments from New Plymouth to Hawera on the east of the Maunga.

If you are living outside these areas but still want to enrol, please contact the reception service for further advice.
To be eligible for funded care in NZ you need to meet the following criteria:
- A NZ citizen or permanent resident.
- An Australian citizen or permanent resident who’s lived, or intends to live, in NZ for at least 2 years.
- A work visa holder who’s eligible to be here for 2 years or more.
- Under 17 and your parent or guardian is eligible.
- An interim visa holder who was eligible immediately before you got the interim visa.
- A NZ Aid Programme student receiving Official Development Assistance funding.
- A Commonwealth scholarship student.
- A refugee or protected person, or in the process of applying or appealing for refugee or protection status.
- A victim of people trafficking.
If you do not meet the criteria above you can still enrol as a casual patient but will not receive Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora subsidised care.
